Many people are looking for some amazing card tricks to perform, but eventually ending up with some hard card tricks that required some advance skills that they can’t keep up.

Just don’t surrender. I have an easy card trick to show you and I am sure that after you finish reading this article, you are ready to do this trick within a few moments of practicing.

Time to study the card trick, now. It’s called : Do As I Do.

To do this trick, two decks of card will be needed. It is preferred that these two decks have different color of the back. But if not, there will be no difficulty.

First, you tell your viewer that you will use two decks of card. Then, you have him select a single deck that he prefers to use and you will take the other one (it doesn’t matter which deck he likes.)

You then speak : “This is an experiment in observation. I want you to look at me very closely. See if you can follow my every move. Do as I do.”

Shuffle your cards. Allow the person shuffle his in the same manner. Cut your deck in half and replace the cut. Make sure the viewer does the same.

Now come to the most important part. While your spectator is going after your action by turning his deck face up and then face down on his hand similar to what you did, you should secretly take a look at the bottom card of his deck. This is your key, so remember it.

Then, you tell your spectator to remove one card out of his deck, memorize that card, and place it on top of his deck. You also do the same thing, but you don’t have to watch the card you take out.

Now, the spectator’s card is on top of his deck. You ask him to cut the deck in 2 and complete the cut so the selected card is in the middle. You do the same.

Then, you look through your cards (his pile ) – pretend to search for your selected card, but in fact, you are looking for the key card you noted on the bottom of his deck earlier. His selected card is directly under, or to the right of the key card. You take away his selected card out of the pile and place it face down on the table. Your spectator should do the same and lay his card on the table, face down.

You then speak : “You have been repeating everything I have done exactly the same manner. Isn’t it reasonable that if we both did the same things, we also picked up the same cards? Not really, it would be more than a accident if that happened, wouldn’t it? We won’t call it coincidence. I call it magic”! Turn both cards face up (which will be the similar card), see your spectator’s reaction and take your bow.
