Top Luxury Destinations For 2010!
I thought i would provide what the tour operators expect to be the top holidays of this year in the luxury department!
Sri Lanka has been announced by the New York Times that it could well be the number 1 holiday destination for 2010; however some have disagreed with this. This is an expensive country to get too; although once you’re there you won’t be spending much at all. This is a place for most people to relax, however there are opportunities for safaris and of course luxury accommodation everywhere.
The Maldives is up next. All of the islands that have hotels on are very small, and in essence own those very islands, they almost cover them. The Spa treatments are basically the only form of recreational activity here.
There is of course the chance to partake in some diving and it’s a great place to go swimming with Whale Sharks!
Now of course you had to expect that the Caribbean was going to make an appearance, and here is St Lucia. All those that want to holiday like a celebrity then the Caribbean has got to be your choice.
There are many places that you can stay, where the accommodation is a little cheaper and lower star rating. The best qualities about this place are the sea, sun and sand, great for you and your kids!
Sharm El Sheikh. There are some people that really like it here, and there are those that are not interested, but it receives many visitors all the time.
Egypt receives a massive amount of tourists every year, and definitely deserves a position at the top of the list. If you are not sure about the accommodation, you have nothing to worry about, this is amazing and it is extremely cheap as well. If you are a diving fanatic, then the Red Sea is a great place to visit, with Coral reefs, wildlife and sharks!
There are some others that are close to the top like Cuba holidays, any Caribbean holidays for that matter, and you never know you might find yourself indulging in Weddings abroad, suggest it to the Boyfriend, and see what happens!
