They say that since the only open establishments during the graveyard shifts are their office, fast-food chains (where most of the menus are (oil-rich) fried food, and convenient store that vend instant foods (that usually have preservatives and artificial flavors), it is quite difficult to cease from eating.

We know that for so many instances that being healthy and fit could be very useful yet quite hard to achieve but being “in pink”, it is not only for you alone but also to the firm you’re into. It wouldn’t hurt to spend a little time for breathing the fresh air outside your office or the place where your name is always on call. Waking up a little earlier than the typical time will not be too much if you can do some stretching and a minute of preparing your own healthy pack of food won’t be a waste of time.

It concerns self-awareness; it’s about being a responsible employee which is parallel to being responsible to your health.
